根据《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二十二条第六项：为学校课堂教学或者科学研究，可翻译或者少量复制已经发表的作品，供教学或者科研人员使用，但不得出版发行。学习资源中心建议老师和同学在复印他人享有版权的作品，不超过作品全文的10%。

Students and teachers are reminded to comply with fair use and fair dealing under the Berne Convention in regard to making copies of copyright protected works. The Learning Resource Centre Committee cautions that photocopying should not exceed 10% of the contents of any copyrighted works.
