The Learning Resource Centre welcomed about 1,300 freshmen in September, 2014.

The Library Orientation included a 30 minutes hands-on tutorial on how to use the library resources followed by a walking tour of the library facilities.

After completing the library visit, the new students are expected to get acquainted with the resources and services provided in the library and are able to perform simple searches independently.
