Reference / IT Help Counter is located on the 2nd floor next to the computer workstations. The duty librarian provides assistance in the use of LRC’s information resources and services. You can also call 3620318 for assistance during Reference / IT Help Counter service hours.

Reference and research questions can be submitted via library@uic.edu.cn. Received enquiries will be acknowledged within 24 hours except on public holidays, weekends and Friday evening.
