The Learning Resource Centre will host a four and a half day Chinese Book Fair from Monday, November 18th to Friday, November 22nd. This exhibition will display more than 5,000 Chinese books published by well-known domestic publishing houses. We cordially invite you to select books that you would like to add to LRC’s collection.

During the Book Fair, “The Beauty of Reading – GU Xiaoguang Photography Exhibition” will also kick off. Mr. GU Xiaoguang is a librarian from the Department of Information Management at Peking University. He is the author of《旅行之阅，阅读之美》、《拥书权拜小诸侯——图书馆馆长访谈录 》and other works. The theme of this exhibition is “Reading”, readers can experience the tranquility and depth of reading through the photos taken by Mr. Gu in the span of 10 years on four continents, including Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe.
